Contractual basis
Bredo Doppelboden GmbH's business relationships are entered into on the basis of individual works contracts (Werkverträge). As a rule, the contractual basis is the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB/B) in its respective current version, together with the supplementary provisions on contracts for work and services under the German Civil Code (§§ 631 et seq. BGB).
General terms and conditions within the meaning of § 305 BGB are not separately agreed. The provisions set out in the respective quotation or order confirmation, together with the incorporated technical standards, specifications and delivery conditions, are exclusively decisive.

On request, you will receive our project-specific contract drafts, including specification of works, payment schedule and any supplementary conditions. Please get in touch – we will send you the version relevant to your project.
